At Lumene, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare and makeup purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
